Műhelyünkben eredeti Bosch EFAW 008 diagnosztikai berendezéssel vizsgáljuk és javítjuk a Bosch D-Jetronic befecskendező rendszereket. A D-Jetronic ECU felújítás során a vezérlőegységeket teljesen átvizsgáljuk, szükség esetén javítjuk, majd működésüket ellenőrizzük. Az eredeti Bosch diagnosztikai eljárások lehetővé teszik a hibák pontos feltárását és a rendszer gyári működésének helyreállítását.

A complete inspection and overhaul of the Bosch KE-Jetronic fuel injection system in a Mercedes-Benz W201 190E. The fuel distributor was tested on our test bench, the delivery quantity for each cylinder was measured, and the system was carefully cleaned and precisely calibrated. Unfortunately, previous work carried out without the necessary expertise made the diagnosis and restoration considerably more complex and time-consuming than usual. Our goal was to restore even fuel delivery, a stable idle and proper engine operation.

Complete rebuild of a Volkswagen Golf Mk1 K-Jetronic WUR (warm-up regulator). The unit was fully disassembled and thoroughly cleaned, its electrical heating element was tested, and all worn internal components were replaced with new parts. Finally, the rebuilt WUR was pressure-tested on our test bench.

Complete rebuild of a Porsche 924 Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection system. The individual components were disassembled, thoroughly cleaned and carefully inspected. The fuel distributor, warm-up regulator (WUR), auxiliary air valve and fuel injectors were tested, and all necessary parts were replaced. Finally, the rebuilt components were bench-tested and calibrated according to the factory specifications.

Accurate diagnostics are the foundation of every successful Bosch K-Jetronic repair. Problems such as poor cold or hot starting, unstable idle, reduced engine performance or increased fuel consumption can only be identified through systematic testing and precise measurements. For this Mercedes-Benz 500 SL (R107) equipped with the legendary M117 V8 engine, we carried out a comprehensive inspection of the Bosch K-Jetronic mechanical fuel injection system. The diagnostic process included system pressure, control pressure and residual pressure testing, together with a detailed inspection of the fuel distributor, airflow sensor plate, injectors and associated mechanical and electrical components. Replacing parts without proper diagnosis often results in unnecessary expense and unresolved faults. Every K-Jetronic system should first be evaluated against factory specifications before any repairs or adjustments are carried out. A Volvo B20E motorjába szerelt D-Jetronic az egyik első elektronikus benzinbefecskendező rendszer, amely precíz működésével jelentősen javította a motor teljesítményét és reakcióját. A felújítás során minden elem – injektorok, nyomásszabályzó, érzékelők, kábelköteg, ECU-kapcsolatok – átvizsgálásra és tisztításra kerül. A befecskendezők ultrahangos tisztítást kapnak, új szűrőkkel és tömítésekkel kerülnek vissza. A nyomásrendszer ellenőrzése után a szívócső-érzékelő (MAP-szenzor) és a hőérzékelők kalibrálása is megtörténik. A teljes rendszer összerakása és finombeállítása után a B20E ismét egyenletesen jár, könnyen indul, és visszanyeri eredeti erejét és megbízhatóságát.
