KE-Jetronic

A complete inspection and overhaul of the Bosch KE-Jetronic fuel injection system in a Mercedes-Benz W201 190E. The fuel distributor was tested on our test bench, the delivery quantity for each cylinder was measured, and the system was carefully cleaned and precisely calibrated. Unfortunately, previous work carried out without the necessary expertise made the diagnosis and restoration considerably more complex and time-consuming than usual. Our goal was to restore even fuel delivery, a stable idle and proper engine operation.
